Latest news regarding the embargo placed on Anfi !!
The embargo is being enforced on ......... and apartment no..... in ............which is one of their ............!!!! This means when the case is won the afore mentioned will be auctioned off to pay the people involved. Some Information has been removed due to the current legal situation, hopefully this will be resolved soon!!

ANFI MANAGEMENT DISARRAY!
Further to recent developments with the Anfi sales team this letter shows the extent of their problems!! It really highlights the lack of professionalism currently be displayed by Anfi, not only to us (the defrauded client) but also to their own staff! It is a great shame that a once great resort has in just a few years become a money grabbing organisation with no concern for anyone and certainly not for us the poor client!!!

Anfi Turmoil Update
A very important and relevant update, I feel everyone involved should be aware of the continual changes of both senior and middle management at Anfi.
Since I have been involved with the Tauro problem:
Calvin Lucock Managing Director Sacked
Neil Cuniliffe Head of Freehold Sales Sacked
Tony Vanderputte Resigned
John Mcdonald (Calvin’s replacement) Sacked
Darren Davies Head of Sales Sacked
Yvonne James Resigned
Mark Cousins Sacked
This is a huge amount of changes to key personnel in a small period of time, these are the people who promised us all rental guarantees, mortgage guarantees and low or in some cases no maintenance on the properties at Tauro!
This company is in disarray and is like a sinking ship, everyone is trying to get off! There are obviously huge problems at Anfi and nobody capable of sorting them out!
I have spoken to some of these people, who only a few months ago were telling me that the Ruby Club at Tauro was going ahead! Now that they are no longer with the company they have a very different opinion, it seems that everyone at Anfi knows about the problems but cannot say anything for fear of their jobs!

Update: Anfi Embargo
Sorry I haven't updated you on the situation for a long time. The court case has taken longer than we thought, we have had some positive news now though, Anfi have been served with legal papers regarding civil action.
ANFI EMBARGO
These papers state they must pay the defendants within TWO days or have a full embargo placed upon them.
The members of our group of whom are listed here are option letter clients only, the remainders like myself have a reservation agreement and are still awaiting the courts decision as to whether it will be a criminal or civil case.
This is obviously fantastic news for us, as the judge has acted so quickly and we have a stronger case with a reservation agreement.
